Either you or ASC may terminate your ASC membership at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. ASC reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the ASC service, without any prior notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to ASC's attention. In the event your access to the ASC service is suspended or terminated upon any breach of this Agreement that is brought to ASC's attention, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unused membership fees, and doing so may cause your membership to be terminated.

ASC assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Service. Your membership is for your sole, personal use and you may not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership.

When you register, and from time to time thereafter, ASC may require that you provide sufficient information to indicate that you are at least 18 years old.

As a member, you agree that:

Your use of the service is strictly at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your contact, whether it be written, verbal or in person, with any other Member of the Service. ASC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties assume no responsibility whatsoever for harm that may come to you as a result of your contact (in any form) with any other Member of the Service (including but not limited to emotional, verbal and physical abuse or assault)

You will not post on ASC service, or transmit to other ASC Members or Employees, any defamatory, slanderous, inaccurate, offensive, abusive, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images or any other type of unlawful or unacceptable material. Any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity) as decided solely by ASC. ASC reserves the right to remove any such material from the Service without notice.

You will use ASC service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

You will not transmit chain letters, junk messages, "spam", advertisements or any type of solicitation whatsoever of any products or services to any other Members of the Service.

You will not include in your profile any email addresses, web addresses or links to other websites, telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, file clips. ASC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to reject any profile that does not comply with these prohibitions.

You will not create multiple profiles, unless permitted by ASC Staff in writing.

You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other ASC Members. ASC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor accounts, which break the rules of conduct, and to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ASC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your sue of the Service, including any breach by you of the terms of this Agreement.

Members can post images of themselves in good taste, but no identifying information is allowed to be posted with that image.

Under no circumstances will ASC be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone's reliance on information or other content posted on the service, or transmitted to members. ASC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the service and neither adopts nor endorses nor is responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any opinion, advice, or statement made.

PLEASE NOTE: You may be involuntarily exposed to offensive or obscene materials on the Service that may have been posted by Members, hackers or unauthorized users from time to time. Also, it is possible that other ASC Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post or transmit offensive or obscene materials on ASC service and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. ASC is not responsible for the use or misuse of any personal information that you may choose to disclose, publish or distribute on the Service. Please use caution in regard to the type of information that you post on ASC service or release to others.

ASC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted in the public areas of the service. ASC shall have the right to remove such material that violates, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement. ASC will treat messages sent between you and other members of ASC via your mailbox as private to the extent required by applicable law. However, in the event that any such material exchanged from your private mailbox is suspected by ASC to violate, or is alleged to violate, the law or this agreement, ASC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and remove the offending materials from your mailbox without notification to you.

ASC does not warrant that your use of the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, always available, or error-free, or will meet your requirements, or that any defects in the Service will be corrected. In no event will ASC be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data, loss of programs, cost of service interruptions or procurement of substitute services) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if ASC or its agents or representatives know or have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, ASC's liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to ASC for the service during the term of membership.

The Service at ASC contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of ASC and its licensors. In addition, other Members may post copyrighted information, which has copyright protection whether or not it is identified as copyrighted. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you will not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information.

ASC provides the Service on an "AS IS" basis and grants no warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, in any communication with ASC or its representatives, or otherwise with respect to the service. ASC specifically disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or no infringement.

This Agreement, accepted upon registering for ASC service, contains the entire agreement between you and ASC regarding the use of the Service. ASC may only amend this Agreement upon notice to you, or by a writing signed by you and an authorized official of ASC. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Third-Party Services. We may allow access to or advertise third-party merchant sites ("Merchants") from which you may purchase certain goods or services. You understand that we do not operate or control the products or services offered by Merchants. Merchants are responsible for all aspects of order processing, fulfillment, billing and customer service. We are not a party to the transactions entered into between you and Merchants.
